Apex Vanguard attended the London DSEI last week to showcase the new HECATE K9 multi-platform ruggedised camera search and surveillance system.
One or Europe’s largest military shows, DSEI connects governments, national armed forces, industry thought leaders and the entire defence & security supply chain on a global scale. Around 30,000 members attended and this new equipment was extremely well received.
The Apex Vanguard HECATE K9 camera is the first to offer daylight, infrared and thermal images transmitted in real time back to the dog handler.
Live video/audio is received up to 300 metres distance in urban environments.
A talkback feature provides the ability to relay commands in addition to listening via a front facing loudspeaker and microphone.
Applications include police, military, search & rescue, VIP private security and emergency services.
